Pressure Treated Structural Posts & Beams
Based on customer beam preference, there are two types of Pressure Treatments available for Structural Beams. The first is vacuum pressure treatment on laminates. After pressure treatment, the laminates are run through a series of processing steps including 2nd drying, finger joint, assembly and lamination. The result is high-performance preservative timber components which can be used in high humidity or outdoor environments such as bridges and swimming pool areas.
The second option is by vacuum pressure treatment of the integral structural beams so as to achieve preservation and mildew resistance.
